The Kingston ValueRAM KVR32S22S8/16 is a 16GB DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM memory module designed for laptop and small form factor systems. This single-rank (1Rx8) module operates at 3200 MT/s with a CAS latency of 22 cycles, requiring only 1.2V for stable operation. The 260-pin SO-DIMM form factor makes it compatible with most modern laptops and compact computers.
Built on sixteen 1G x 8-bit FBGA components, this non-ECC unbuffered module features gold-plated contact fingers for reliable connectivity and includes on-board SPD (Serial Presence Detect) EEPROM for automatic configuration. The module supports 16 internal banks organized in 4 groups of 4 banks each, with selectable burst chop (BC4) or burst length (BL8) on-the-fly operation.
