These Terms of Service govern all transactions, interactions, and agreements between Armenius B2B and its business clients. By placing an order or entering into a business relationship with Armenius B2B, you agree to the following terms.
1. General
- Armenius B2B operates exclusively with registered businesses, resellers, and corporate clients.
- All orders are subject to stock availability, price confirmation, and approval by Armenius.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion.
2. Pricing & VAT
- All prices listed on our website or quoted directly are in Euro (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Final pricing may vary depending on order volume, payment terms, or delivery method.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders can be placed through our website, by email, or via phone/Viber/WhatsApp.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required in advance via bank transfer.
- Clients with approved credit terms may be eligible for payment within 14 days from the date of delivery. All such agreements must be confirmed in writing.
4. Delivery
- Delivery is handled directly by Armenius and typically occurs twice per week.
- Delivery fees are based on the weight and volume of the shipment. Estimates are provided prior to order confirmation.
- Delivery time for in-stock items is typically 1–4 working days. Special orders may take longer.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be pre-approved by Armenius and accompanied by the original invoice.
- Refunds or replacements will be provided after inspection of the returned item.
6. Warranty
- All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, as well as any applicable statutory warranty under Cyprus law.
- Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Armenius B2B shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products supplied.
- Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the products sold.
8. Data Protection
- We comply with GDPR regulations and handle all client data with care and confidentiality.
- Data is used strictly for order processing, communication, and support.
9. Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
