Delivery Method

  • Deliveries are carried out . We do not use third-party couriers for B2B orders.

Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are scheduled twice per week.
  • Exact delivery days and times are arranged with each customer based on location and order volume.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all cities and districts within the Republic of Cyprus. For clients located in more remote areas, delivery arrangements will be discussed individually to ensure smooth service.

Delivery Fees

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the order. Pricing is discussed directly with your account manager and reflected in your final invoice. At this stage, delivery cost structures are being finalized.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Orders containing in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–4 working days.
  • Orders with pre-order or special-order items may require additional time. We will inform you of any delays in advance.

Packaging & Handling

All products are carefully packaged by our logistics team to minimize damage during transport. Shipments are consolidated for efficiency and quality-checked before dispatch.
