The Samsung PM893 is a high-reliability enterprise SATA SSD designed for data center and server workloads. Available in 960GB capacity with 2.5-inch form factor, it delivers consistent performance up to 550 MB/s sequential read and 520 MB/s write speeds, alongside 98,000 IOPS random read and 30,000 IOPS random write. Built with Samsung V-NAND TLC flash and in-house controller, it ensures end-to-end data protection, power-loss protection, and AES 256-bit encryption.
Ideal for mixed workloads, the PM893 offers 1.0 DWPD endurance over 5 years, with 1752 TB total bytes written (TBW) for the 960GB model. Low power consumption (2.2W read / 3.2W write) reduces TCO in large-scale deployments. This bulk pack version is optimized for high-volume enterprise purchases without retail packaging.
