Featuring 6 Performance-cores (P-cores) with Hyper-Threading for 12 threads total, it delivers excellent single-threaded and multi-threaded performance. Base clock of 2.5 GHz boosts to 4.4 GHz, supported by 18MB Intel Smart Cache.
Built on Intel 7 (10nm) process with 163mm² die size, it has a 65W TDP (up to 117W turbo) and requires LGA1700 motherboards. Supports DDR4-3200 or DDR5-4800 (up to 128GB dual-channel). No integrated graphics - discrete GPU required. Tray version: no stock cooler or retail box included, ideal for OEM/bulk builds.
