The ARCTIC TP-3 Premium Performance Thermal Pads are designed for superior heat transfer in PC builds, laptops, consoles, and graphics cards. These ultra-soft pads (55 Shore OO hardness) excel at filling gaps between components like VRAM, chipsets, and ICs, compensating for manufacturing tolerances up to 0.2mm while minimizing thermal resistance.
Made from silicone with a special filler, the TP-3 offers exceptional thermal conductivity, vibration damping, and electrical insulation. The 200x100mm sheets (1.0mm thick) are easily cut to custom sizes for versatile use on CPUs, GPUs, RAM, and M.2 drives. Safe handling with no metal particles ensures no risk to electronics. Continuous use temperature: -40~150°C.
