Based on silicone with special APT2560 filler material, ARCTIC TP-2 offers excellent thermal conductivity of 12 W/mK despite extremely low hardness (80 Shore OO). This 290x290mm sheet is 1.0mm thick, perfect for custom cuts.
Perfect Gap Filler
Softer than standard pads, TP-2 excels at bridging uneven chip heights and gaps between heat sources (GPU VRAM, RAM, ICs) and heatsinks. Its high compressibility cushions delicate components without stress, ensuring optimal contact.
