High Performance — Very Soft
Based on silicone and a special filler material, the TP-3 outperforms high-performance thermal pads, especially when height differences of closely spaced chips occur due to manufacturing tolerances. The TP-3 offers excellent thermal conductivity despite extremely low hardness, making it ideal for applications requiring both thermal transfer and component protection.
Minimization of Thermal Resistance & Versatile Applications
The thinner the pad, the lower the thermal resistance. Thanks to its good compression properties, the soft heat conduction pad is particularly gentle on components while being an excellent heat conductor. The TP-3 is available in various sizes and thicknesses that can be easily cut to desired shapes. This makes it ideal for RAM, chipsets, and integrated circuits used in PCs, laptops, consoles, graphics cards, and general electronic devices. The pad is electrically insulating, non-capacitive, and contains no metal particles, ensuring safe handling and optimal heat transfer across multiple applications.
