Based on silicone and special filler, TP-3 outperforms standard pads for height variances from tolerances. Offers excellent thermal conductivity with extremely low hardness (55 Shore OO).

0.5mm pad compresses to 0.3mm, filling gaps up to 0.2mm. Heat-conducting, vibration-damping, electrically insulating. Cuttable for RAM, chipsets, ICs in PCs, laptops, GPUs, consoles.
