The Thermal Grizzly Carbonaut is a high-tech carbon thermal pad designed as a premium alternative to mid-range thermal compounds. Unlike traditional thermal paste, the Carbonaut pad is fully reusable and features exceptional flexibility with an adaptable surface that compensates for even the slightest surface irregularities. The pad combines a specially developed polymer matrix with carbon fiber reinforcement to deliver consistent thermal conductivity of 62.5 W/mK across its operating range of -250°C to +150°C.

This 32x32x0.2mm variant is specifically engineered for Intel Desktop CPUs using the LGA115X socket (including models like the 6700K, 7700K, and 9900K). The pad maintains constant performance without drying out or degrading over time, making it an economical long-term solution for thermal management. Note: The Carbonaut pad is electrically conductive, so proper installation precautions should be observed.
