Powered by a 6th-generation pump with 3-phase motor (2500-3400 RPM) and optimized copper cold plate, it dissipates up to 320W TDP efficiently. Paired with a 360mm aluminum radiator (402x120x27mm) and three 120mm LCP fans (500-2500 RPM, 79.9 CFM, Hydro Bearing), it delivers superior cooling with low noise. Includes unified 10-pin cable, tool-free install, offset bracket for LGA1851, and Anti-Leak tech.
