Its high filler content ensures even distribution under cooler pressure, preventing air pockets for maximum efficiency.
Designed for long-term stability, MX-7 resists pump-out, drying, or bleeding even under extreme thermal cycles (-50~250°C). Non-capacitive and electrically non-conductive, it's safe for CPUs, GPUs, laptops, consoles, and high-TDP systems. Apply in a simple cross pattern—no spatula needed—as mounting pressure spreads it perfectly.
