These SSDs with M.2 2280 form factor utilize the PCIe Gen5 x4 interface and NVMe 2.0d technology, which reduces the latency between SSD and CPU to a minimum. Modern BiCS FLASH TLC flash memory delivers capacities from 1 to 4 terabytes, which provides a completely new experience when working with a PC or notebook. The transfer rates are up to 14400 MB/s (read) or 12700 MB/s (write).
