Powered by ZMK firmware with a powerful 1MB MCU, the V5 Ultra 8K delivers up to 660 hours of battery life on a single charge (with backlighting disabled), providing approximately four months of continuous use based on 5 hours daily usage. The keyboard features pre-lubricated Keychron Silk POM Brown Linear switches for smooth and consistent typing, OSA-Profile Double-Shot PBT keycaps that resist oil and fading, and a gasket mount design with multiple layers of acoustic foam for refined sound and typing feel. Enhanced with the Keychron Launcher web application, users can fully customize key mappings, macros, and RGB lighting with 22+ customizable modes including per-key RGB control.
