With 20 MB Intel Smart Cache and 65W base power (148W max turbo), it's efficient yet powerful for demanding tasks.
This tray version lacks a retail box or cooler, requiring a compatible LGA1700 motherboard and discrete GPU (no integrated graphics). It supports DDR4-3200 / DDR5-4800 up to 192 GB dual-channel (76.8 GB/s bandwidth) and PCIe 5.0/4.0 for fast storage/GPU. Launched Q1 2024, ideal for cost-effective builds.
