Built on Intel 7 process, it offers 24MB L3 Smart Cache, supports DDR4/DDR5 dual-channel memory up to 192GB, and PCIe 5.0 with 20 lanes. Ideal for gaming, productivity, and multitasking with 65W base power (154W max turbo).
This tray version (OEM, no retail box/cooler) targets system builders. Benchmarks show it outperforms Ryzen 5 7600 in multi-threaded tasks like Blender (28% faster) and matches i5-13600K closely in gaming (e.g., 228 FPS DDR5 in Tomb Raider).
